The results for Academic Support and Learning Resources tell a powerful story. Every single indicator achieved 100% agreement. From personal tutor availability to the effectiveness of digital tools and library services, the feedback was perfect.
This reflects something important. Our dedicated tutors, cutting-edge digital platforms, and comprehensive learning resources play a vital role. They provide student success at every turn.
When it comes to engagement, over 96% of students agreed their course challenged them intellectually. It also motivated independent, active learning. That’s the sweet spot of higher education.
Wellbeing and Community at the Heart
Perhaps most importantly, our students feel they truly belong.
In the critical areas of Mental Health and Wellbeing, Learning Community, and Student Voice, feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Every respondent felt part of our learning community. They felt well-informed about available wellbeing support. They felt free to express their opinions openly.
