LD Training Services Ltd Announces Flagship Learning & Teaching Conference in Nottingham’s Albert Hall Conference Centre

LD Training Services Ltd is proud to host its first annual Learning & Teaching Conference on Friday, 12th September at the iconic Albert Hall Conference Centre in Nottingham. This flagship event will bring together leading academics, educators, and industry professionals to explore bold new approaches in higher education.

Theme: “How Do We Do Higher Education Differently?”

This year’s Learning and Teaching Conference in Nottingham will tackle some of the most urgent questions facing the sector—from the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence to the cultivation of critical thinking and future-ready employability skills.

Keynote: The Advance of AI – A Welcome Inevitability

The keynote address will be delivered by Professor Daniel Berger, PFHEA, Associate Dean (Education) at ARU Business School. His talk, “The advance of AI: a welcome inevitability”, will offer a provocative look at how AI is reshaping the educational landscape, with a focus on innovative teaching methods that improve student engagement and outcomes for under-represented groups.

“This year’s programme brings together inspiring leaders to respond to the urgent question of how we can innovate within higher education,” said Dr Bobbi Burton, Dean of LD Training. “We are creating a space for our community and guests to engage in meaningful dialogue, share best practices, and shape the future of learning.”
