LD Training Services Limited are now affiliate members of Advance HE, the professional membership body for promoting excellence in higher education. This membership marks another milestone in the organisation’s journey as a quality provider of higher education courses.
Membership Benefits for Staff
This membership gives LD Training Services Limited access to membership benefits to all staff including:
- access to membership only resources
- webinars
- networks
- half price in-person events
- half price direct application for Advance HE Fellowships
We already support our staff with regular workshops to develop their practice and align these to the Advance HE Professional Standards Framework 2023. We encourage staff to apply for the relevant category of Fellowship for their role. This membership further enhances that, by giving all our staff access to a wide range of resources to enhance their practice, support their Fellowship applications and help the organisation to meet it’s strategic priorities. The membership will also support colleagues to navigate the ever-complex nature of higher education.
Fellowship and Community Building
We will be supporting a cohort of permanent academic and student learning experience staff initially through Fellowship. Upon successful completion and award of Fellowship, staff will act as mentors for other colleagues. The aim is building a community of practice and a common framework and language to base our teaching excellence activities around.
