Recently, our Stanmore campus hosted an inspiring panel of female leaders who shared stories of personal growth, career transformation, and resilience in the face of adversity. From those conversations emerged themes that deeply resonate with our values as an organisation: the importance of visibility, the power of perseverance, and the need to equip students with the tools to thrive in their personal and professional lives.
Representation Matters
Seeing someone who looks like you, who has walked a similar path or faced familiar barriers, is powerful. It can be the spark that ignites a sense of possibility. For our students, many of whom are mature learners, first-generation university students, or returning to education later in life, that visibility means everything.
